Reservations
Rates for the Griggs and Van Keuren rooms are $135
per night, plus taxes (New York Sales tax and Hotel tax are applicable).
Rates are based on double occupancy, with a 2 night
stay minimum on weekends.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible and at
the convenience of the guests. Please let us know the approximate
time you expect to arrive.
Rates include breakfast. Guests can enjoy a relaxing
breakfast either in the Dining Room or the Conservatory. Alternatively,
they can enjoy a peaceful outdoors breakfast on the Fountain patio,
or the Stone patio, or the Front Veranda and patio (or perhaps just
some coffee and juice outdoors to start the day listening to the
birds singing).
A deposit of one half of the cost of the stay is
required when making the reservation, with the full balance due at
time of check-in. We accept credit cards, cash and personal checks.
Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 7
days before arrival – less
a $25 administration charge. If cancellation is necessary within
the 7 days, the deposit – less $25 – will be applied
to a future stay, valid for 1 year from the cancellation date (dates
subject to availability).
Guests will be responsible for any damages they
cause to the rooms or facilities.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

The Lilacs is available to host the event you may
be planning. Our historic and elegant ambiance will provide a unique
Victorian experience for your guests. Please contact us and we will
be happy to assist with your arrangements.

(Galaxy) has adopted The Lilacs as his home, although he doesn’t
